18. On 6th February 2019 at District Jail Haridwar, Dr. Prem Lal CMO Haridwar & Dr. Ajay Kumar District Nodal Officer HIV/AIDS Inaugurated the First FICTC centre, from USACS Mr O.P Singh A.D ICTC along with TSU Staff was also present there.
